We have extending our opening hours to make space for social distancing. Sundays CLOSED Monday 8.00am - 6.00pm Tuesday 7.00am - 8.30pm Wednesday 7.00am - 8.30pm Thursday 7.00am - 8.30pm Friday 7.00am - 8.30pm Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm

We are taking more time between each appointment for cleaning and preperation for each guest - Workstations cleaned - Gowns and towels cleaned - Equipment sterilised - General spaces cleaned

All visitors aged 11+ to wear a face covering Bring a spare face covering incase of any spillages as we'll be working with water and products. If you are exempt from wearing a mask please notify our reservations team before booking your appointment.

It is our opinion that the responsibility for wearing face coverings rests with the individuals. Our team will continue to wear a mask or visor while working. Although some may disagree or question its effectiveness, we’re choosing to err on the side of safety

Late arrivals may forfeit the appointment or accept an alternative service. In instances where we are unable to perform a service you may be asked to pay for the lost appointment We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances may occur and apologise for any inconvenience this approach may cause while we try to accomodate everyone.
If more than 4 months since last colour appointment you will need a skin test If your hair has recieved colour process since your last salon visit you will need a skin test Skin tests required at least 72 hours before colour appointment.

Hair -Cuts are performed dry Please cleanse childs hair before arriving Service may be refused if late or hair is not freshly cleansed. Child must be accompanied by only 1 adult / guardian
