Considered hair care, expertly delivered. Your first visit is designed to be thoughtful, unhurried, and tailored entirely to you.

What to do before you arrive?

Arrive with a sense of what you are drawn to—this can be as simple as a reference image, or description of the change you’ve been considering. If you are unsure which service to book, book a free consultation. Our team is always here to guide you.

Finding Us

We are easy to reach by car, bus or train. There is on street paid parking bays over the road and good sized car parks at Greys Road and Henley train Station. If your appointment is 2 hrs or more, parking at the Station allows for longer parking times

The Consultation

We take the time to understand your hair, your routine, and what you would like to achieve This is a collaborative process. Open, honest conversation allows us to create results that feel both refined, personal and tailored.

During Your Visit

Your time in the salon is yours to enjoy as you wish. At times may ask for stillness to ensure precision. Beyond that, you are welcome to relax, converse, or simply take a moment for yourself. Our Approach Our work is guided by care, precision, and respect for both your hair and the process. Avoiding rushed results, whether cutting, colouring, or treating the hair, each step is carried out with intention to ensure a finish that is both beautiful and in keeping with our discussed styling. Where a more noticeable transformation is concerned, particularly with colour, we may recommend a gradual approach. This protects the integrity of the hair by allowing us to build results over time and keep a watchful eye on condition.

Will I be able to manage my hair myself afterwards?

We believe in results that last beyond the salon. You can be guided on how to care for and maintain your hair at home, with recommendations that support both its condition and longevity.

Timing & Consideration

We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can deliver your service as intended. If you need to adjust your appointment, we appreciate as much notice as possible. This allows us to respect both our team’s time and that of our guests. 48 hours is required for cancellations without charge. No-shows also incur a charge as these are unlikely to re-fill

Thoughtful Experience

Everything we do is rooted in a considered approach to hair care; balancing expertise, honesty, and owning our responsibility and your trust. Your first visit is the beginning of an ongoing relationship with your hair, shaped over time with care, intention and beautiful experiences.

Deposits & Cancellations

We do ask for deposits for most services especially those over 2 hours. We have found this small step reduces missed appointments and helps keep us in business
